Industry– Health Care, In Home Support Services (IHSS)

Request– software for a union to create a registry of its members. The union wants to use this registry to classify its members and their specific talents and/or experience.  This software will need to be internally used with the capability to expand into a client facing site where people can search for themselves without requiring them to call directly to the union.

Ex. Client calls the union requesting a caregiver. The client specifies they need a spanish speaking female and has experience with diabetics. The union can open the software and quickly filter for the appropriate person, pay range and experience.
