Oversight IT Consulting’s Vendor Management services is comprised of Contract Management, Project Management and Risk Management services. If your organization has an industry compliance, your organization has a responsibility to assess your vendors performance, risk and contract on a continuous basis. Oversight IT Consulting tracks and alerts your organization of upcoming vendor contract expirations to allow for ample time to release RFPs for a thorough vendor evaluation and successful transition. Once your vendor’s contract is reviewed, Vendor Management services are performed on a scheduled basis with your key IT vendors. Our team immediately starts mitigating vendor neglect and oversees the execution of IT projects, initiatives, engineering, billing and more.

Request for Proposal (RFP) Services- creating your Scope of Work (SOW)

RFP SOW creation consulting services are provided to aid organizations small and large that struggle to translate the company’s IT pain points, initiatives and technology into valuable open-ended questions for evaluation. These questions request information to further understand a vendor’s professional certifications, methodology, past performance, approach, innovation and more to execute an unbiased and thorough evaluation.

Services such as network assessments and/or interviews with current IT support staff (internal and external) are completed to create accurate SOWs, limiting the necessity for addendums and revisions leading to scope creep and validating the approach to a project or managed service.
